JGHS Advanced Art students selected an importantevent/movement in U.S. History and presented it in the form of a gig poster. Gig posters are used by musicians to advertise their concerts. THey feature limited text, bold color, and evocative imagery. Students avoided literal interpretations to elicit a more emotional response from the viewer.
